It's beforehand. Once a newsletter said "congrats (my first name and last initial)" so I emailed 10C and they said the winner is notified prior to the newsletter going out. 

It may all depend on when the 10c gets around to it - I won the Gigaton Merch (Apr 2020) and the email stating that I won arrived 90 minutes after the newsletter hit my inbox. 

interesting. Maybe they meant "in this specific instance" the winner had been notified. I assumed that to mean it was common procedure. But hey, it's 10C, right? lol

I was one of many who won a pair of tickets to the 10C suite for Fenway on 2016. Granted, that involved winner-paid travel, but yeah, an email.

That was also a killer contest. If they drew a winning name and that person had 10C seats to either night, they drew another name.

There were at least two suites for night 2. IDK if anyone won night 1.

But I think I lucked out with night 2.

I woke up in the middle of the night, saw my notification light was blinking, checked to see what it was and when I realized I won PJ tickets, it was a struggle to get back to sleep.

The fact that no one else is happy for this release, it's really beyond me:
After over 11 years of not having their debut record available, The Rockfords (featuring Mike McCready on guitar) will be re-releasing the record "Valentine's Day" - their first single out January 14th.

My buddy put a Stone pez dispenser on my leg during Ed’s show and I started laughing so hard that I had to leave the theater.  Ed was pretty annoyed.

Would it make sense from a marketing standpoint? If they announce rescheduled dates, it's a burst of good news, and what better way to celebrate than buying a brand new band-adjacent album? I can see the flipside, though, that the announcement might overshadow the album, especially in the general public. So, yeah, probably not tomorrow.
