    I'm listening to Backspacer at work (not really doing any work) and it just hit me... Backspacer is going to be six years old in a few days. My god time is going way too fast. 2009 doesn't seem that long ago.

    By the way... Backspacer is not a BAD album. It has some great songs. It's no Yield or No Code but it certainly doesn't deserve the crap it gets from fans.

    it doesn't get the same crap it used to, in my opinion, and I predicted (as many others did) that it would suffer/enjoy the same fate as No Code back in 96. It got panned by fans, but eventually it became a favourite once people gave it time to age. backspacer is no different.
