Nice, but as someone else said.. After Tickets, Hotels, Flights....etc..(for 5 shows). a $100 box is hard to pull the trigger on.

Yep, WAY TOO MUCH for me: Have both in the cart now and it's gonna be $255 USD which could easily be a downpayment on a house these days up here.

if someone can afford to do that then the cost of these boxes should mean nothing to them.

Mean nothing? hahah I wish....You have to have priorities for your savings.. Plus we work our butts off to do everything as budget minded as possible ...

You start by giving up a lot of things that other people do...every month,,, movies, dinners, weekend getaways... nope.. we save for travel to shows.. That's what we do..haha

:confounded: where in the US do they only require a $250 down payment on a house?

a US quarter is pretty close to $1,000 CAD and therefore $250 is half way to a million CAD. TRUDUMPF 2016. I make my own jokes people.... i make....my own.... jokes.

I thought $35 was too much for the Third Man Records 45 box. $80?! for a worse box, IMO. That's almost a face value concert ticket without TM fees...

I personally don't like the look of the crates... but I don't need any, so it doesn't matter anyhow. If I collected 7" I guess the small one would be handy and better than nothing (but not nearly as nice as what TMR has offered), but I don't keep 7" vinyl (I actually switched to digital this year for the first time. $50 USD with the current terrible exchange rate was just a rip off for the analog membership).

I bought a pair of Etymotic's few day's back over on Amazon. They just shipped it out this morning. D'oh!

Don't think MusicCares will be setting up their tables here in Canada. Will be asking friends in the USA to pick me up a pair this April.
