So for the first time in my life, at the ripe old age of 33, ill be attending a gig on my own. My brother does it all the time. My friend does it every week. But i've never done it. I feel frightened and emancipated. Who's about?

Im on the early afternoon train from Manchester and will probably stop over in dirty Leeds :)

    I'm flying into Manchester arriving about 11:30 and getting train from airport to Leeds

    Can't wait
    Amsterdam and Berlin 1st, gonna be a great few weeks

    I beleive the last train is late so may be ok to head back to Manchester on the night!

    If anyone has a spare GA for Leeds i'd be interested as I have a friend who wants to come.

    I´m arriving in Manchester at 11:30 with my best friend too! Coming from Germany so have I book a train before or is it ok to get the ticket when we arrive? Think the train comes every half an hour but will we get a seat or could it be fully booked ?
    Had some problems with the trains in Germany last week so I am very happy if you please could offer me an advice!

    You should be ok to pay on the train but the advance price will probably be cheaper. Check out http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ and select Manchester All Stations and you should be able to get a return leaving in the afternoon and coming back around 3am for about £12.

    Don´t know how big the airport is or how much time it took from arriving to get to the train so I thought it would be better to get the train ticket at the station. What do you mean if airplane arrives at 11:30 is it enough time to take the train at 12:00 ?
    It will be the first time for me in England and I am just happy that it finaly will happen ! We will stay for two days and hope to find some cool PJ friends.

    There is actually a station at the airport so you should be able to get the train direct. Use that site I linked, you should be able to sort it fairly easily. Your English seems good enough!

    I'm coming to Leeds from Germany too :) does someone know when the doors open? (I've read different times)

    got this Final Confirmation Email from Ten Club at early June:

    Ten Club Box Office Opens: 4:00pm (16:00)
    Ten Club Early Entry: 6:40pm (18:40)
    Public Doors: 7:00pm (19:00)
    Box Office Close: 8:30pm (20:30)
