That's odd. The BBC weather says it's -13 in St Petersburg. Not that that's not freezing of course!

It really is a cold one !!

THanks guys for the pms ref: wembley tickets I've still nothing set in stone but hopefully a few possibilities. I saw some websites ticket tout thing selling tickets for £65 - £95 ...........but i'm unsure if i should actually go through that route as i have no idea how trust worthy these things are.

well, here's some news for you - I'm NOT in St. Petersburg! :p

and to be honest, I'm not entirely sure what's the temperature right now.. I'd say maybe -20, but I can't be bothered to run over to the nearest thermometer. all I'm saying is that it's really cold!

I know how you feel. I had to use eBay in order to get my Astoria ticket. Even after getting it there was still the possibility that it was fake. There's not a lot you can do but be positive and hope for the best. If you can afford it, then do it. You need to take a few risks here and there.

No, but you're next door to St Petersburg!

Anyway, can you believe that it's +34 in Bangkok? And 39 in Alice Springs??

I've sold a spare ticket (RHCP) through scarletmist before and have to say it's a great website. Definitely keep an eye on it and you may want to read a little about it so you understand how it works.

I know there were some seating tickets being offered in the spare tickets thread and would think closer to the date when people may have friends dropping out some more may pop up on here :)

    *fingers crossed*

start a thread asking for someones spare... it might work?!??!

and keep bumping it as i read on the Euro tickets for trade thread yesterday that someone bought 4 Nijmegen tickets and now cant go... so try it for London!!!
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Oh i know all about risks but i don't really want to give ticket touts any money on point of principles and although i am very principled i'd have to try another route first ---- since i've a bit of time before june i'll start freaking out 110% about may if i still dont have tickets!

    What's the temperature in Seoul?

About +10. It's not that hot up there. I think Korea is on pretty much the same level, or parallel, as the U.K.

I guess it needs to be fairly warm if dog legs are being barbecued. Mind you, I'd rather eat a kebab. At least the type of meat remains anonymous!

Rob was a bit confused... he was asking me if it was reasonable me going out tonight with sore throat, temperature, headache, etc. I thought he was meanting the music shop I have to go to with G. after school to get a chin rest for her violin... He though NIN was tonight!

Oh V! The guest list!!!! Posh!
