    I would have been happy with the whole going on the piss thing and just having a drinking relationship. I'd never done stuff like that before with a guy really so he gave me the false impression that he was different... even though he claimed we actually weren't going out :rolleyes:

    Think it's the whole new year fucking thing, had a similar thing last week, back on the rails now though.... :o

    Were any of you Irish lot at the Paris gig last year?

    We were right next to a load of drunken Irish in the Bercy who kept shouting out about Ted Nugent before the gig.

    Oh, and one of you kept spilling beer all over everyone! :oP

    I spilt my pint over two blokes who were sitting at the front on the left hand side. I'm not Irish though.

    Edit: Come to think of it, there were some Irish near me at the front coz i remember one of them grabbing onto my legs and holding onto me as i went over the front barrier. I was part of a game of tug of war between the Irish and the security. :o

    She's pissed off that I can't take her out every night. I wish I could, but I'm fucking SKINT. It's probably going to end up like the Astoria scenario, in which I lost my girlfriend of 2 years. ("You can't afford to buy me a birthday present, but you can afford to spend £400 on going to see Pearl Jam" etc)

    Actually, that was a bit bastarduous.

    Nah she doesn't expect me to, but I feel bad having to ask waiters to split the bill. She knows I'm poor at the moment, and yeah there are plenty of 'free' things we can do ;);) ...maybe I'm just a lazy bastard

    Reminds me of when I went to the Serpentine a year or two ago. It said 'voluntary contribution' on the door, why did they all frown at us? :D

    But yeah a walk in the park sounds nice. It's just a shame my local park is full of tramps and drug dealers :(

    Tate Modern is open late on Fridays and Saturdays (until 10) ... then a nice romantic walk along the river

    Tate Britain have Late at Tate Britain First Friday of each month and are open until 10
