    Afternoon peoples

Sorry I couldn't join in the msn fun last night...i was erm, otherwise....erm engaged ;)

Well we've just discovered that my better half probably won't be coming with me :( (I owe her big time) as we are going to a wedding on the friday and saturday night and there is no way we'll get a babysitter for 5 days + nights in a row and anyway, neither of us really want to be away from her that long :o

So anyway that means that I'm gonna ask me bro if he wants the spare and if not....its to the board with me!

Tix are wildly expensive, but I suppose I was willing to pay much much more for astoria so I can't actually complain....

So anyway, no that the missus isn't coming, I'm probably looking for somewhere to kip.....:)

Dunk I do play a little...and I stress the little bass but I am predoninantly a guitar player but just tell me what songs you want me to do on the bass and I will get the tab out :D:D Obviously PJ only :D

Delighted everyone appears to be sorted :D

And fair play red for sorting out spares...you a diamond ;)
    I need a coffee!

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

which reminds me to start looking into flights to Poland and the like :o

Think I may spend the weekend in Austria instead of going to Italy show. Its too awkward to get from Italy to Austria - decisions decisions!

Wow, you are very effective! I would LOVE to go! :) And as I said, I'd LOVE to meet you all and hang out. I don't think anyone could really imagine just how much, quite honestly!! But I definitely can not scare up the funds required. And if I had any kind of travel funds, I'd be committed to meet the North Carolina Crew of fans first, or they'd never forgive me!

Again, I'm impressed at this wonderful network of amazing people and how potent it is. You guys are cool! :)

Well... I prefer to have people around me singing the solo's to all the songs instead of randomers wondering who the 'piano player' is!

:D I know... I'm going to wait a week or two to see which way I'm going to do it. I found flights to Krakow for 55euro each way which seems to be the best we're going to get... it's not too bad I suppose.

The operative word in that post was "air fare". Maybe it's just me, but is the Dublin Crew thread really a dimensional portal to the dark side?

Thanks VV... doesn't work from Dublin to either Katowice or Krakow... but I think it's Skytel have a deal from Dublin for the 55 euro each way. Chime, I'd definitely be arriving on the 12th and leaving the 14th, it just depends if I'm leaving to come home or to go on to Italy or to skip Italy and go straight to Vienna :o

I've yet to even THINK about accommodation but I can't imagine hotels in Poland are too expensive :o . I may even try and get the hotel at the stadium. I don't want to have to FIND things when I'm there... I want everything to be easy :o

Was thinking I'd wait until the Polish fans web page has some accommodation info to choose somewhere ... thought it might be good if we all try and book into the same place :)
