I forgot about all this crap - it's been soooo fucking long since I've looked for a housemate. Anyone here want to move in with me?

Hi Dave! We're really not posting this bcs we want to rub our victory in but just to let you know that you were beaten by a team coached by a huge PJ fan! Yes, the coach of our national team, Slaven Bilic (former West Ham and Everton player) is a PJ fan! He even has his own rock band and everything! And allegedly is friends (more probably acquaintances) with Stone.
So if it's in any way possible to feel less bad about your national team losing, it might be beacuse you lost to a PJ fan's team.

OK guys, my attempt at reviewing this album besides saying I LUURRRVVE it!

First of all, try to remember it’s almost 20 years old (yep… I was still ‘young’ in those days). And f****ing hell… it’s just as good and relevant now! Perry Farrell voice is so unique and Dave Navarro on guitar was at his best (no MTV reality shows then!), not to mention the powerful drumming by Stephen Perkins and Eric Avery's solid bass. This album has a bit of everything, from hard rock to funk to jazz to metal and downright depravity and perverseness! Oh.. and remember… ONE LOUDER, please… and…

…prepared to be blown away by this incredible album. It is just so unpredictable!

Starts off with a good little rocky intro with ‘Up the Beach’.. leads you into..

‘Ocean Size’ and what you think will be another similar track if the acoustic intro is anything to go by. Then… one of Farrell’s screams and hell breaks loose…. insane guitar. Hard rock at it’s best.

More of that where it came from with ‘Had a Dad’, the guitar, the drums and Farrell’s vocals again.. out of this world.

Now… for the truly bizarre and perverse.. ‘Ted, Just Admit It’ … fuck!!! Very dramatic, bits of interviews, the bass, the drums… creepy… listen to the lyrics.. wild!

Back to ‘normality’ with ‘Standing in the Shower...Thinking’. Good old rock song which we all enjoy.

This is followed by ‘Summertime Rolls’. A bit the odd one out, I would say. A fun song.. but then….

Pure metal with ‘Mountain Song’… great bass opening… then the scream.. then again.. hell breaks loose… WOW!

Hoping for more of this, we get a funk piece! With brass and the lot! Cool though!

Now for ‘Jane Says’. We all know Jane Says. Gorgeous song, wonderful acoustic guitar and also some gentle steel drums…. Love it!

Big surprise follows…. a jazzy number with ‘Thank you Boys’. Unexpected and a bit daft but a good little bit!

‘Pigs in Zen’ is the last number and an amazing closer…

For the album, make an effort to listen to the lyrics....

Wow… what a rush….. better than sex…. Remember guys… ONE LOUDER!

My parents last house had a small hamster/gerbil cemetry. I don't think they told the new owners about it though
