    Have you clicked on the Forgotten Password link? or are you sure the password you're putting in is right and it's the e-mail is wrong? :(

    EDIT: if you don't manage to work things out when you get home if worse comes to the worse there is a phone number for 10c on this page

    yeah I clicked on the forgotten password and it wont even let me do that, it comes up saying there is a problem with the page

    Just don't panic. Maybe you've been 'locked out' because you have tried so many different combination to log in.

    As soon as you get home, e-mail the tix people at 10C and ask them to resend the e-mail you didn't get (mentioning your number). They will be up by then and tomorrow morning, when you get up, your e-mail will be waiting for you :)
