    Yeah.. really bummed. doesn't make a lot of sense. Nashville is closer to bigger cities

    Memphis is the biggest city in Tennessee and hasn't had a show since 2000. Nashville got a show in 2003 and two nights with Ed a couple years ago. I wish both cities would get some love, but i am super pumped about a Memphis show.

    Memphis also didn't sell out night 2 of Ed in 2009 therefore they moved the 2nd show to an added night at the ryman.. pretty sure Nashville's music scene is a little bigger than Memphis's

    based on the route right now Austin to Memphis (Tuesday) could sneak a wed show in Nashville before heading up to Moline on Friday

    That would be awesome, my guess is they will head from Memphis to Louisville or Indy

    While I prefer Nashville, Memphis hasn't had a proper show since 2000. Closer drive for me too.

    Playing Cinci and 2 days later St Louis does not either, but it appears that is what they are doing
