I live in Rock Island which is right next to Moline. This is awesome! Basically a hometown show. I'll be able to sleep in my own bed that night. Thanks to the Pearl Jam gods!

Show of the tour, book it. They always give up the goods to these odd locations.
Depends...I thought that would be the case for Thunder Bay in '05 but they blew their collective wad the night before in Winnipeg. Plus it was hot as hell in the building. Only sat about 6-8000 I believe.

Dude I thought Thunder Bay still kicked a ton of ass (was at both shows). Opening with Present Tense? Light Years, Down, Driven to Tears? That Supersuckers kid rockin' out? I thought it was one loose, hot, sweaty, fun show in such a small place, loved it.
Almost jumped out of my seat at work! This is awesome!!

It was a great show but just not a crazy rare setlist like Grand Rapids or an extra long set like State College. At the time everyone kinda thought it would be special but it was just the normal awesome PJ show.

Looks like this will be the only non-ACL weekend run of the tour. I bet tickets will be tough. I can see lots of people flying in for this one (and probably Milwaukee the following night).

great songs > rare songs
there's a reason many songs are "rare"
False!
Immortailty Red Mosquito Tremor Christ In Hiding Deep
Hey folks, here is the Radison info. This hotel is right next to the iWireless Center: 1415 River Dr, Moline, IL 61265 (309) 764-1000
Thanks, just booked a room with 2 queens for $129
Just did the same. Right next to the venue. Hopefully they have a nice hotel bar.
There is a TGIFridays right next door to the hotel and is less then a 5 min walk to the front door of the arena.
still can't believe this! I have never driven under 5 hours for a show and now there is one 45 min away!

I work at that Minor league baseball park. Have always thought that this stadium would have been a great place for a show but I will take the arena. There are some great bars 5min from Iwireless center.
Did a short stint in Moline. It is an old river town in the Quad Cities and home of John Deere. Like many old river towns it has benefited from casino money and has some very nice areas downtown. The quad cities has some real awesome bars & restaurants, good local craft beer, the best minor league baseball park in the usa, and I hate to say it here, but.... lots of strip clubs.
Not as many strip clubs anymore. But still the best Minor League Ballpark
Immortailty Red Mosquito Tremor Christ In Hiding Deep
Great songs...hardly ever played.
i'd agree those songs are all great, and while not played regularly, i guess of those i'd only consider Tremor Christ all that rare (granted lately Immortality and Red Mosquito have been played infrequently). maybe i've just been lucky to see them a lot?

Road trip!
EDIT: But I will still go to that show.
