315 lbs when I was 23 years old and Vitalogy had just come out -- I was 180 lbs at the time. I'm way heavier 20 years later and not much stronger!

    My bench is pathetic.... but I did 88 consecutive pushups the other day haha

    525 lbs. I was 22 at the time and was 6'-7" and weighed 315.

    Now I'm only 5'-9", weigh 190 and can only bench 245. Getting old is a bummer.
