My bad.

The Henry Rollins post re. Coulter was a bad choice on my part. I thought Henry's bit was funny as hell and I saw it more as tongue in cheek but for this forum it crossed a line- so my bad for sure. Sorry folks. #-o

The worst is Bozo the clown. That guy- or thing!- freaks me out. The French clown are not as bad. At least they seem a little less scary- they're more like mimes, right?

(Notice how deftly I veer the conversation away from ""My Bad"". :-)) )

Well, ok then. You want the whole story? It was like this...

It was back in the late 50 when as a young man I had my fateful run it with your buddy, Mr. Bozo. He showed up one day at my younger brother's birthday party, sand in his feet, air in his lungs. Or should I say, air from feet feet up to his red haired head.

I said, "Little Bro, this Bozo is a might frighting sight."

He said, "Oh yeah? Why don't you just punch him then."

And I said, "Yes, I think this can easily be done. Now watch this."

Well, I let old Mr. Bozo have it right in those red painted lips on that white painted face- POW! And back he went, back and back and back... and then up he came, up and up and up and- WHAM! While looking toward my brother for his reaction, Bozo whacked me back right in my face.

Oh Bozo, you bozo, how I remember that day.

So there it is, dude, the ugly story of my encounter with your creepy clown friend, Bozo the Punching Bag Clown.

Sorry man, but that's my story.

Yes, I my fifteen seconds of infamy. But remember my story about the G.I. Joe action figure who lost his regalia, donned a rob and became a monk? There's hope for all of us!
