  • This band was great. I saw them live quite a few times at small venues growing up in the early 90s.

Having said that I think this thread should be locked or the poll options edited.

I would like to publicly call this post out and say how incredibly childish and disgusting some of the options are in this poll.

I am not a mod but I would like to state that this OP is tasteless and should be removed.

Nirvana lyrics - in case you didn't know. From a CD that sold millions of copies and has fans worldwide and changed the face of music. If you don't get the reference or word association, that's not my problem. I was not trying to be a bad guy here. Thanks for making me feel like one though. Awesome. Just a big Nirvana and Pearl Jam fan trying to have a little fun with the poll options. I knew some people wouldn't get it, and if you don't like it, don't publicly call me tasteless. It's a friggin Nirvana lyric. The topic is about Moist... I made a simple connection. And what is the big deal (pun intended) with a "Yo momma is so fat" joke? Aren't we passed being upset about these? They are only meant in fun and if you don't get it, then please just move on from this thread. "Yo momma" jokes are not literal. Only trying to invoke a smile with my options. Not intentionally trying to piss people off at all. I'm sorry if you're a Nickelback fan as well.

You're welcome. Can't we just all be friends? I'll still be your friend. (or perhaps we should take this slow. Either way, I'm cool)

You've learned something "new" today, drlovemonkey :)

They are one of a handful of Canadian alternative rock bands that were very active in the 90's.
Just incase you haven't heard, here are some of their buddies in bands as well, all of which claimed fame in Canada in the 90's: (I don't know if you know them or not... I'm guessing you may know all / some of these here)

the only "love" emoticon was that one... hahahahaha and the "doctor" one is close enough.
