Any Texas Folks Fans Of Candlebox?

Just letting you know they are doing a small show this Saturday...and when I say small...I mean a little bar outside of Killeen, Texas small...maybe 200 people there. It's basically just going to be a very intimate unplugged show. Should be pretty sweet if you like them, or even if you're just a casual fan. It's at the Twisted Wrench in Harker Heights.     Good looking out… If I lived around there I would for sure go to this. It's those random shows out of the blue like this that usually kick ass.. Candlebox definitely deserves credit for their music. Should definitely be a cool show….

    Yeah, candle box is great! If I lived closer and didn't have to work that day I'd go. Seen candle box a few times. Fun show. Met Kevin Martin a few times an the full band once. All really cool.

    Sweet Jesus that was probably one of the best shows I've ever been to. Maybe it's because it was only me and about 100 other people there in a small smoke filled bar, but it was incredible. Good vibe, very good mix of songs, and Kevin sounds as good now as he did 20 years ago. I mean it literally sounded like they time traveled the guy from 1993 and had him singing vocals tonight. Nuts.

    How cool. I would have tried to see them if they played here in Houston. I'd heard at one point some of Candlebox and some of Live had gotten together to tour. I guess that's over?

    Yeah, that band is called The Gracious Few. It seems they have a few projects going on. If anyone is around Salt Lake City on May 31st, Dave Krusen is gonna be joining Candlebox on drums.

    I will see Candlebox live in Bochum, Germany in January ... their last European tour was in 1996. Can't wait!
