how do I upload

Sorry if I sound like an idiot but I don't know how to upload an image from my computer to the site. Can anyone help?

    No, your not an idiot. I think everyone has had this issue, including myself. I upload the pics to my facebook account and then copy the image location You want to click on the little picture icon in between the "C" and the the chain. It asks you to copy the URL and you paste it there. Hopefully this helps. Good luck!
