Anyone Need Help for Record store day sale - Soundgarden

    I will be hitting my shop early sat, If i can score one i will see if someone on this board wants it. I'm looking for the cake box set. Not going to be easy only 900 out there but i'll give it a shot. And if someone has a chance at getting one for me i will make it worth your while. Happy hunting

    I was also thinking of trying to pick up the Soundgarden release. I understand all shops can be different, but can someone tell me roughly how much this will cost me?

    just found out I will not be able to make RSD until like 11:30. I would take one off someone's hands. Maybe even pay w/ a Mad Season signed deluxe and $ (after Will Barclay)

    I'm not being sarcastic. For me, the peak was Badmotorfinger, which is a desert island record for me. But when I got all excited for the next record, and the deejay introduced "Spoonman," I was not a fan, and "Black Hole Sun" was a bigger letdown for me. To be honest, based on my personal disappointment with Superunknown, I didn't really give Down on the Upside much of a chance.

    I'm not taking anything away from those records -- how could I? -- but I just feel Thayil's growling guitar work more and prefer Cornell's screaming banshee voice more on Louder Than Love, Badmotorfinger and even Ultramega OK than the more subdued and admittedly intricate and nuanced sounds on the later albums.

    At any rate, I'll be on the lookout for my buddies.

    I have no idea what my go to store got, neither does the owner. All his rsd stock is still in the shipping boxes, he won't open and price stuff till tomorrow morning. He said he order most of the stuff I'm looking for, but he doesn't always get it

    Seriously? The store I go to has been going through and pricing stuff since Wednesday.

    It's very small store. Hang a sign on the door saying "Back in 15 minutes" type of place. The owner is the only employee.

    My record store has 12. I was there today grabbing my DMB Vol trax 4 and saw them. I could possible try and grab one for someone if needed. All I want in return is your lost dogs lp:)
