I know I've seen a few members trying to track this album down. I'm at a record fair and they have a sealed copy for $230. I should be here for the next couple of hours. If you'd like me to grab it, let me know. I have no idea if this is a fair price. Just trying to help out the forum.

    Looking at eBay completed auctions $230 is a fair price for a sealed copy. Case in point there's an auction for one right now at $180 that's already opened and it's got 5 hours left, so I'd say $230 sealed is right on. Hope some of those looking for this are able to snag it, good looking out man.

    I read in the last issue of 'Rolling Stone' (KISS on the cover) that Petty is reissuing 'Wildflowers' as a 2 lp set with 10 previously unreleased songs - hopefully out by Christmas time.

    Luckily, I have a copy already. But if you see a copy of Petty's "She's The One" soundtrack, I'm your guy!

    Yeah, me too. This is going to be an exciting year for Petty/Heartbreakers fans.
    A new album plus a reissue and a tour!
    I'm looking forward to seeing them again this August at Outside Lands and any other shows I can make it to!

    Get the fuck out! That's awesome! I guess I should flip through my Rolling Stones these days... I don't have a lot of sit down reading time. But even if it's CD only that is exciting news. Wildflowers is one of my favorite albums of the last 20 years.

    such a brilliant album & the vinyl sounds amazing. easily one of my top 5 albums of all time. I hope they do reissue the vinyl so everyone has a chance to spin it!

    OP, that's super nice of you to post this. :)

    I can't imagine that they wouldn't do a vinyl reissue if they're doing a reissue. All reissues include a vinyl release these days. And that is sweet if true, because I can't afford an original Wildflowers. :)
