ISO Tool's Aenima OP on vinyl... have some PJ vinyl to trade (S/T, LB Red, SF)
Hey everyone,
I am seeking an original / official pressing of Tool's Aenima on vinyl, preferably opened and in good playing condition. There are a ton of knock-offs out there, but I am after the real deal.
I have the following Pearl Jam vinyl to offer for a trade, possibly in some combination:
- Avocado (self-titled), opened. NM cover and vinyl except for some light arm scratches on the fourth side which adds a little crackle to the beginning of Inside Job.
- Lightning Bolt red replacement, sealed.
- Live at Soldier Field, yellow pressing. NM cover and vinyl.
- Drop in the Park. NM cover, but vinyl is wavy and it tends to make the arm skip a little at the beginning of a side using my setup.
If there is any interest, then let's make a deal. Cheers!

I have a red copy, it's sounds alright but they should definatly release a official quality sounding pressing.

Love to see a 10k Days release. Be interesting to see how they handled the packaging.
Also really like to see a standard black pressing of Lateralus. The pic disc sounds great, but it's one of my noisiest records.
Dreaming of a 10,000 Days release
Mine too! Lots of background noise.
My 10,000 days sounds like this as well.
I would love an audiophile or a MOV pressing of Lateralus!
I have a Amber Aenima as well as my original but I always spin the black.
Maybe it's in my head but I think the Black justt sounds better.

This kind of comes around to why I've grown to much prefer the original pressing of records as opposed to any represses or reissues. For example and in particular with my Tragically Hip collection, you can clearly tell how much the sound quality varies not only between the different mediums and albums, but even between different pressings of the same album. The first issue (or a particular pressing of the first issue) almost always tends to be superior.
I also wish that they would re-release Lateralus on standard black. I've been tempted to purchase the picture disc but have heard a lot of mixed opinions on the quality of the sound. But regardless, what a phenomenal album it is.
RedMosquito02, sent you a PM. I've also updated my OP.
