I bought self-titled vinyl in 2008.. shipping included was about 30 euros (in dollars, I think around $25)..
It's still sealed and mint on my shelf to this day.. I know it's impossible now to find it at that price.. but you guys should stop to take ebay for a reference in prices.. 375 bucks? You can still get Binaural sealed for less than that.. if you look around

I hear what you're saying but......eBay IS the only real reference for prices. Discogs is even more than eBay and there isn't anywhere else to go to get these out of print records.

So if you're keeping it mint you must be loving the prices, no?? Isn't they why you're keeping it sealed? So that it is worth top dollar when you think the prices are peaking? Or at least hoping it is super valuable for whoever you leave it to in your will?

Ummm, we're bumping the thread for the OP by posting. After that, what different does it make?? Anyone interested only has to read the first post.

Used one just sold in fleabay for 175 ish.

250 is a pretty good starting point for a sealed one. If yours is sealed u aren't getting much enjoyment out of it....

    bump

just to clarify, I keep it sealed, like all others PJ vinyl, because I'm a collector. period. If I wanted to sell it, it would be gone a long time ago.. I sold a copy of Yield (already had two of them) not so long ago for 50 euro to a friend of mine, sealed..
My point is: if we, fans of the band, overprice them like that, what the sellers would do? If I was a greedy seller, and just read this thread, I would say "someone said 375? well, why not 450 then?" you get the picture..

I love how riled people get around here when it comes to leaving your records sealed.

I figure people should do whatever the hell they want with what they own. I also assume that those who leave them sealed and don't sell are getting pleasure from the item in their own way, so open or sealed, our goals are similar (but let's keep it straight. Being a collector necessarily involves the monetary value aspect).
