the heineken festival is 16-17 june, the day after the PJ date...so can't be that.
  • I'm very, very interested in the details of this. If it's their own show I may have to go. I just wouldn't have any other choice.

The Italy show is probably the only one I can go to
I imagine it would have to be A northern city.

Found this on a Velvet Revoler fan site

According to Last.fm, VR will be joining Pearl Jam and the Raconteurs at this summer's Heineken Jammin' Festival in Mestre, Italy. The festival will be held at the Parco San Giuliano on June 23-24.

    Two things:
    1. Pearl Jam are scheduled to play Italy on the 15th.
    2. Last.fm is not the most reliable site to get concert info from.

Which means it might be a full fledged Italian PJ show!

seen reference made on several website (ticket ones and such) to some interview with Kelly about the tour, and it said 6 proper shows, 7 festivals.

Italy will be a festival, and yes, I didn't read the 2006 for Heineken, so it's likely it will be Heineken, which I believe means near Venice.

Festivals can be good too...Reading was awesome and one of the highlights of last year.

plus look at the good side of them: pro-shot videos ;)

    Yeah, thats the one, Sandra.
Mestre, thats Venice :) And that really close to me :)
Party at my town!!! (since my place is tiny)...but Vienna is the next day so :o

  • It makes sense if it's a festival and the organisers want to be the ones to announce the acts officially. Far be it for the Pearl Jam camp to ever step on anyone else in the industry's toes.

  • I'd like it to be a non-festival show- otherwise I'm not going to attend it!
they (10C) should reveal it tomorrow!
