    Were two massive albums.

Why does Supertramp get no respect?

And has anyone mentioned News of the World yet?

Because once again were not stating what the best albums of the 70s were. We're saying which ones are our favorites.

So, just because Supertramp isn't anybody's favorite Dosnt mean they don't have our respect? Lol a better word would probably be "recognition".
Slow down. I didn't mean particularly in this thread. I meant in general. It's a fair statement to make. They seem to have been a forgotten band and in my opinion, they've got a great body of work that doesn't seem to get acknowledged as much as it probably should.

And seeing as we're selecting words for each other... try 'doesn''t instead of 'dosnt'. Lol.

The whole album really. It's dark and angry, which I like. It has a good mix of rockers and ballads. A lot of piano, bass and drums. Very stripped down. Ringo is the drummer on all the tracks. If I had to pick a favourite, I'd say 'Isolation' or 'Remember.' The track 'Love' is a really beautiful song. Just piano and acoustic guitar. 'God' is amazing; maybe the best vocals he ever laid down. 'I Found Out' and 'Well Well Well' sound like pre-punk rockers. And it has 'Working Class Hero' as well. Check it out on YouTube. I think the whole album is on there. It's considered one of the 100 greatest albums of all time, and the best post-Beatle release by any former Beatle. Definitely not a "party" album, but one to listen to alone on headphones.
