FT ONLY: PJ20 Billboard (UPDATE: SOLD!)

I realize this is a very, VERY specific trade I'm looking to orchestrate, but you know what? That's the deal! I don't need to get rid of my PJ20 Billboard (#56/200), but if I'm going to, this is what it is going to take. SELLER'S MARKET!
Specifically, I will require one from Group A, and one from Group B (and yes, I fully realize that there is only one Group A option listed - that's not an April Fools joke):
Group A:
Hawaii 2006 by Brad Klausen
http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/46605
Group B:
"Do The Evolution" 1998 by McFarlane
http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/1644
Wrigley Cracker Jack 2013 by Shuss
http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/174803
Pitt 2013 by Munk One
http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/178753
Stipulations:
- Group B is listed by my interest level/priority; so anyone w/ the McFarlane goes to the front of the line.
- 1st Editions are fine for all of these, as long as condition is "Very Good", and the values of the various 1st Editions is what I've based the value equation of this deal around. So if you have an AP to offer, this deal may not look as "equal" to you as it does to me, and that can be negotiated around later if should any arrangement require it.
- No cash offers, please. If I wanted $, I'd put it on eBay with an above market reserve and probably have no problem meeting it, either - but I'd rather it go to one of you fine people who have this as their proverbial "holy grail".
- No framed versions of the Klausen (but I'm more indifferent on the McFarlane; will take what I can get there, so long as it's in good condition).
The PJ20 Billboard I have to offer was bought directly from the artist, has been stored flat since I've owned it, and is pristine (pics are available upon request - I don't have a flikr or anything). Again, I know this is a very SPECIFIC deal I'm trying to work out, but these are all prints I've been chasing (some for months; some for the better part of a decade), and that's what it will take to get me to make a deal for what is arguably the most sought after print of the last few years. I'm going to be really, REALLY patient in hopes someone comes through with the Klausen/McFarlane combo, and as such, won't be pulling the trigger on any deals for a Cracker Jack or 2013 Pitt any time immediately. Those are 2nd and 3rd place deals by a longshot, even if from the standpoint of current market value, they may appear more attractive (or even less fair, depending on whether you think they're over/under/appropriately valued at the moment). I'm also leaving the country in the very near future for a handful of days, and as such, won't be monitoring PMs or this thread very closely - so be patient. I just figure I'd get the offer out there before I left, and see what I have to come back to. LET'S MAKE A DEAL!
Thanks all,
Greg

The point is that it'll try and get more for it in that market, given the transaction fee I'll be paying, and that I plan to be more than doubly covered to get the two things I want in return if I end up having to go the cash route to get them.

Last 3 sold on ebeans of all 3 prints. Did non AP's you don't care about the sig.
Hawaii 404,600,425 =$476 avg
CJ 200,225,270= $231 avg
Pitt 223,200,202=$208avg
Mcfarlane 1296,210,224=$187avg
Pj20BB 495,450,500= $481 avg
That's an avg value of 707,684 and 663 for your 481. I wish you good luck, but there's NO WAY anyone will ever do your trade.
Current ebeans for sale/trade listings:
2006 Klausen/1st ed: $400 & $350; $375 avg
1998 McFarlane: No sale/trade stats available, but 6mo avg is double what the previous avg was - an unexplained spike, and no stats on the print run for it. This is anyone's guess, but let's just say that $175 is a realistic value (and certainly my ceiling for it)
2013 Shuss CJ/1st ed: $250 & $270; $260 avg (I'm leaving out the nutbag who wants $350 for it - that's called an outlier)
2013 Munk One Pitt/1st ed: $225-250 seems to be the popular range; call it $240 (but I've seen deals for as low as $200 of late)
So, yeah, perhaps it's not as 'even' a deal as I initially thought, but no matter, I still think that the most 'even' one is the one I'm trying to make, and I'm FINE with layering in something else to even it out a bit. I've got a lot of extra/duplicate prints that I'm more than willing to add in to sweeten this if need be. When I get back from my trip I'll update this post with a listing of some deal sweeteners.
