When I have free time, I can be myself
my soul naturally falls back into that buzz of love
I wake up feeling joyful and sunny
when my day feels open, I love my life
love my family, love my home
I love being outside!
it’s only when
the stress of modern demands on my time and mind
squeezes out the room for happiness that I
get sad and feel the darkness

I enjoy having room to feel my good life.
doesn’t everyone?
everyone needs time and space to notice their emotions
some air to think of ways to improve their world
even if it’s only to make something or
fix something
or tend to the needs of their people

write a story
write a song
take a walk outside

can you tell,
I’m already dreaming about summertime?!
