Spring is here... Baseball season starts tomorrow... Hope springs eternal..
But Im a fucking CUBS fan... So I get to watch these pieces of SHIT lose another 100 games... And I get to listen to THEO's never ending BULLSHIT about how they are "rebuilding"
I am so SICK of this BULLSHIT!!!
Or cant ya tell?
hahahahaha
Take me piece by piece..... Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
I remember the days where I'd pay to get the MLB Pass thingy so I could watch...or at least be able to watch all the Cub games. Yeah, I actually paid money in order to watch the Cubs lose almost every game.
If I was a Cubs fan, I would hope that the franchise would follow the lead of their rivals in St. Louis.
Nothing wrong with following how the rivals have a great farm system and always competitive year after year along with winning a WS every few years.
I am a Red Sox fan, and I can't complain about the team anymore, any more championships is just more icing on the cake.

Oh man, I love when Speedy talks about the Cubs. )
That reliever Schlitter that made the team went to my high school...my brother played with him back in the day. Pretty awesome for that kid growing up a cubs fan in Park Ridge and now playing for the Cubs...hope he does well.

when has this team NOT been in the Shlitter? it is so amazing how shitty this team is year after year. i wonder how that is possible year after year when you play in the most historic ballpark left in the country, rake in a shit ton of ticket sales every year (the summer time is a tourist haven and most games are sold out, no?), you rake in a shit ton of money off old styles. raise beer prices $2 and that should be enough money at the end of the season to sign a huge name to get you out of the Shlitter.
anyone check how many yachts ricketts has in his backyard lately? where the hell is all the money going? sure as hell not going into the product on the field.
I love how Theo was able to give himself a "5 year pass" when he was hired. You have to hand it to the guy. He is allowed to march a AA team on to the field for 5 years, before the Cub fans should expect to see any positive results? Theos 1st 2 years on the job? The Cubs lost more games in a 2 year span, than any other 2 year span in the 100+ year history of this organization! Yet Theo gets a standing ovation?

The Cubs have a pitcher named Shlitter? How appropriate!
Because after 3 years of Theo, and his bullshit. This organization has gone right down the Shlitter!
Yeah, the first game I was watching and they introduced Shlitter. Hahahahahahahaha! They might as well hire a closer named "Bob Choke". Maybe a batter named "Steve Whiff".

I guess Theo's BEST move is when he got Pearl Jam to play Wirgley?

2012 - only the third 100-loss season in team history 2013 - the only 50-home-loss season in team history And we're supposed to be patient and trust "the plan." Give me a break!

That happened.
I'm gonna say the Cubs will lose 104 games this year.

Come September
Cubs fans will be dancing in the streets of Wrigley, if the team only loses 95 games.
Because that's what us Cub fans do.
We celebrate the fact that this team is GARBAGE!
"But we didn't lose 100 games!!!!"
"Lets celebrate!!!!!!"
