Oh, and oopsie, just reading all of the posts here, it seems you posted the wrong album title at first lol Still, good luck!
The actual IPC-41 release was Black Vinyl, with a Glossy Gatefold "Q" Sleeve.
IPC-43 is the original Red but it was mislabeled as IPC-41, which is sounds like yours is. The side A Matrix code should have a Drawing / Etching of a flower at the end of the code, which indicates that the record was mastered by Brian Gardner. If not it's likely one of many bootlegs of this album.
If you can send pics I'm sure it would generate a lot of interest. It's a tough one to find and rather collectible!
