    Way over priced for something thats still available at Sub Pop (granted, not colored, but still).

    Totally different release then Sub Pop. This is an "exclusive" to Newbury Comics release. It's not sold @ Sub Pop or anywhere's else.

    This is just a sad cash grab and something that's ultimately harmful to vinyl sales.

    $28 at Sub Pop gets you a bonus live show on wax. Or you can buy what Newbury is selling, but on black for $14.

    Its about the same as what white vinyl reissue is going for, maybe a bit more expensive than the black. At least its not $70 like the upcoming superunknown reissue.
    Now i always say i buy my vinyl to listen to, not look at.... but i can still appreciate a gorgeous piece of wax. Im selling my old copy, maybe that will make the hit to the wallet a little less. Count me in for the maroon/black marble

    Mixed feelings about high priced variants...I get the ripoff sentiment but I love colored vinyl! I'm leaning choice and variety being inherently good.

    Thanks for the tip, bought that black/ maroon just because its a nice little addition to my Nirvana vinyl. Got an original Tupelo black and a recent white with bonus disc but 750 copies can't be passed up. I wish I could sign up for Newbury notifications because I would have loved the Dinosaur Jr record but it sold out quick. The other stuff is good but I have originals I am happy with.
