    I need some advice, good sir @chadwick :
     On February 1st, I start on a 66 day effort to build a new habit.  (This will be exercise related.)  66 days is reported to be the average time it takes your body and mind to accept something in as a habit.  My desire is to build a good habit, to accompany the many 'bad' habits I already have, and for it to help me on a number of fronts.  This is something I am 100% committed to doing every single one of those 66 days, consecutively, to see how my body/mind responds.  I travel frequently for work so it needs to be something I can do anywhere.  (If it were summer I could swim, I know you are partial to that)  Viking raids also appear to be 'out' as I am just not sure how that would work, logistically.

    Advice:
    • Treadmill Running
    • Body Weight Exercise Regiment  (Schedule of different activities for different days - push ups, planks, etc)
    • Yoga
    • Chasing People while wearing a Wolfman mask
    • Walking
    • Other - please let me know

    ooohhhh.  Good one.  Not sure I can fit that in every day, and how much that would really be a worthy exercise...but it is very Chadwickian.  Touche.
    15 minute meditation of trying to silence the “noise.” Can be done anywhere but the quieter the place, the better.
    Have been practicing with that already. I have not made it to 15 minutes successfully but am working toward.  Great suggestion and I am amazed at how challenging I have found meditation to be.
    Want this new piece to be physical in nature.
    Want Chadwick to show me the way!
    Get yourself up to 30 minutes and you'll be free. Better yet, go to Thailand and do a 24, 48, 72 hour vow of silence in a Bhuddist temple. The challenge of shutting your mind down so that there is "nothing" or "silence" inside your head is a great and worthy one. I have a family member who did a 30 day vow of silence in Nepal. He's now a mime. I kid.

    Chadwick is a loss to this site. He and Hedonist were always two of my favourites (Hedo's still around but not as active in the MT where I really liked her perspective).
