    If I didn't stream the game Live, I would have been so pissed that you spoiled it. ;)

    Well Canada do you remember the Olympic final in 1994? Peter Forsberg did a nice goal didn't he ;)

    Lol. Pretty tough to keep stuff like that a secret! It would be like trying to record the Superbowl and expecting to not find out what happened when you go out or go to a message board. If you want to keep it from yourself, you have to stay off the internet, turn off the TV, put in earplugs, and stay inside. ;) That's why my boss has a bad plan. She said she was going to watch the gold medal game later after she woke up at a reasonable hour instead of getting up at 4AM. I didn't say anything, but lol. Good luck with that! She lives downtown and will not be able to sleep through the live celebration each time Canada scores, let alone if they win.

    I do ... And that was before our very best players played in the Olmpics, if memory serves me correct you given gold in a shoot out, basically given a gold in a team sport by besting us in a skills competition.

    We'll I do hope it more exciting that last Sunday Finland/Canada game. I did not watch the Finland/Swedish for fear it might put me in a coma and I'd miss the Canada game, and from what I heard from others the indeed was slow and boring ... I was told the curling was more exciting.

    We who watched the US/Canada game should be thankful that at least birth teams play to win ... Unfortunately this was only the semi final ...

    I remember staying up to watch a live game when the games were in Japan, it was similarly on at 4:45 I think, it was rough, but I was much younger then :p

    Total domination. This team just got better every game. Babcock kept saying it was a process, kept saying it was their goal to get better every game, I believed him and he was right. And at the end of the day they were truly a team., it takes a total team effort to play that system ... This was a team of destiny.
