Taking Good Photograghs of Pearl Jam Suggestions

Since you can't use a flash if you are within the first 20 rows, I was wondering if anyone could suggest how to setup a digital camera to take the best quality pictures?

    Use the fastest shutter speed possible and open the aperture as far as it will go. Test out different settings outside late at night- near a light pole. That may give you ideas when your there.

    I usually only take pics during a few songs when there is a lot of light. It's hard getting good pics unless you're really close unless the lights are really bright.
