    The wife usually busts out the lingerie, the 9 inch red heels, the pig tails and hot-for-teacher glasses, but I tell her every year that I cannot fit into those things.

    I'm working then meeting my sweetie, we're staying at my place tonight, making a yummy tarragon chicken meal I make that I haven't made for him yet, then Trade Aid salt toffee crisp dark chocolate I've recently discovered for a Valentines'ee dessert.

    &&& I arrived at work this morning to find Valentines pressies & a card on my desk. Inside the Valentines card:

    SOMETHINGMAN
    Once divided
    Destined somewhere to meet
    Soft words were spoken
    Words he would repeat
    Been on his own
    Now his thoughts he would be sharing
    Future's ahead
    His head high he's swimming
    Caught a bolt of lightning
    Swore he'd never let it go

    Isn't she something
    Something man

    My 1st Valentines in a very long time & I'm feeling pretty good right now. :-D

    My husband just got a beta-invite for some new online game, so I'll be a gamer-widow this weekend [-( It's cool though - he's happy, I'm happy. Long weekend home together, with cats, snacks and supplies.

    Plus we're gonna have one helluva nice dinner this evening. Delivered.
