Ed Opener - Glen Hansard - March Tour Dates

Hi Jammers - this is for the benefit of the Aussies on the Forum - I have been at the Ed shows the last two nights in Sydney and have been delighted to see the response to Glen Hansard's opening sets. I have spoken to a number of people after the show who were keen to see Glen again but were not aware that he has some solo tour dates of his own next month in Oz so I thought I would post the link with details of Glen's upcoming shows:

I am told there are some great seats still available to Glen's Opera House show on St Patrick's Day.

Also Glen's new EP - Drive All Night- featuring Eddie (and Jake Clemons) is available at the Ed solo shows on cd and vinyl - it is a nice pick up.

I have posted this info in the Other Music forum as well but thought those going to the upcoming Ed shows might appreciate the information. I highly recommend getting to Ed's shows early to catch Glen - you will not be disappointed!!

He is SOOOOO GOOOOD!! I have not seen him live before but have most of his recordings, solo and Swell Season. Just phenominal. Best support act ever. He has received 2 standing ovations at first 2 Brisbane shows!!

I have most of his stuff too, I just about died when I heard he was supporting Ed. A friend of mine and I were so disappointed he wasn't coming to Perth, so to be able to see him at least in that capacity was an absolute bonus for me. A top bloke too!
