My thoughts are we should have one and after a period of time it could be adjusted based upon inflation.

the money is spent already. what did they cave on? a symbolic statement that only does harm?
the budget is where they decide what money to spend... isn't this a duhhh?

yep the money is spent...but he can just print more right ? so they can spend it anywhere they wish after they have borrowed from other accounts such as SS and the reserves from state accounts and others,we pay into SS our entire working lives and are threatened with losing it or told it's a privelege to receive SS....after we pay into it for 50+ years,well those that work for it anyway and then we get to support those that refuse to work...not can't but refuse to work...I don't know about you guy's but that shit don't pencle out for me,so now we a government that spends freely on crap and just keeps driving the countrys debt higher and higher and all those with their hands in our pockets say the they deserve to be cared for and refuse to work or as hard working Americans we should share our wealth with those that elect not to work and work the system...and by the way drug testing for those that want free money is unconstantional right.......yes sir our government is doing a bang up job with the money we work for :-O

this isn't relevant to the debt ceiling, it is a budgetary issue.

do you have the same rage for GE? they produce the weapons used by terrorists across the world, and most years they pay zero taxes on their billions of profit.
how about Exxon? the most profitable company (who never pollutes) in the history of the world and they still receive millions in subsidies (yes that's welfare) every year.


"NOOOOOO" they say, it's the people stuck in the poverty cycle that are to blame. don't worry about foreign political wars, they are beyond your understanding, don't look behind the curtain at honeywell, GE, haliburton, the banks, and the like because it's all the fault of the lazy welfare moms.

i'l bet the guys that dispense this baloney make 30k a year and work real hard and pay lots of taxes...riiiiiiiigggghhhttt
