Yield album art - Harmony Not a Through Road

Does anybody know where one can find a copy or a photo of the Yield album artwork from inside the CD / Vinyl insert, the black and white photo Jeff took of the "Harmony" and "Not a Through Road" street signs?
Apparently the signs have since come down since people kept stealing them and now it just says "No Outlet." The location was in rural Northern California if memory serves.
