    but back to reliving...
    this time five weeks ago we were walking round central london taking pictures of the astoria sign...
    there was a guy taking photos as well who didn't have tickets... really cool to meet someone else who was as geeky as us! :)
    i met him a couple of times in the queue the next day... he was desperately looking for tickets (like so many people)... i really hoped he would get in as i was feeling sorry for him...
    and guess what - strolling around the astoria for two days paid off and he finally got in...

    This time I think I was still sussing out whether the ticketless people were trying to kill me or not. I reckon it was right about now when I asked the box office guy if the bar was open yet :o . He wasn't amused :o but I was actually being serious :o

    Dave and I were texting re tickets not turning up yet :mad:. He could wait a little while but would have to leave soon for his train :o Then started looking on e-bay :rolleyes:

    bought this time i had made up my mind to go anyway had contacted Gossard is God (where is that boy anyway ?? :( )
    and double checked THE thread to see where u were all meeting , had a quick bath and was hoping to get the 12:42 train , which i missed and got the 13:22 !! :D:D:D , my adrenaline was so high my arms and legs hurt !

    Currently standing in the queue with Dave, Dunk, VV and Gossard_Is_God hoping there aren't 48 people in front of us without tickets so there will be three left :o can't stand still ...

    I would have been there only for bloody scalpers taking all the tix :(
    Tried everything to get a ticket from any source I could but they really were like gold dust unless you had a spare million euro hanging about ;)

    Sorry didn't make it clear in my post as you said you weren't around tonight I meant if only you were around tonight you could download the boot and you would be there, not if only you were actually there .... sorry didn't mean to bring up the ticket memories thing ... :( *sends herself to stand in the corner*

    Well the venue were selling them on the night even though they claimed they were sold out! :mad: Nevermind, you have Dublin to look forward to :)
