Just keep thinking about them possibly coming to Toronto in May. If they did does anyone have a idea when it would most likely be announced? Do we still have a chance in it happening or is it to late?

Would they do that? Play 2 tours . Announce a tour in June and then announce another one later on for May?sometimesicringe said:06 leg 1 was announced around first week of March, TO shows were early May

LOL, I think you need to take a deep breath...
Toronto in May is anything buy confirmed at this point, so it may not even happen. If it does happen, I would guess any time between now and mid March is when it gets announced.1996: Toronto 1998: Barrie 2000: Saratoga Springs 2003: Buffalo, Toronto 2005: Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto 2006: Toronto x2, Cleveland, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Gorge #1 2007: London, Dusseldorf, Vic, Lolla 2008: WPB, Tampa, DC, MSG x2, Hartford, Boston x2, Beacon 2009: Toronto, Chicago x2, Seattle x2, LA #3&4, San Diego, Philly x4 2010: Cleveland, Buffalo, Hartford 2011: Montreal, Toronto x2, Hamilton 2012: Missoula 2013: London, Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Hartford, Dallas, OKC0 -

If it's not announced by the first week of march, I'm going to look into booking my trip to visit friends in may anyway... I don't see it being announced much later than early march if it's going to happen.... but Kelly curtis will probably make me eat my words.BeerBaron said:LOL, I think you need to take a deep breath...

Another thing that has crossed my mind recently is that they could be deciding on Lolla. If they do, they could either scrap the potential May tour or move it to August. Or neither. It seems like the band often books a bunch of tours/dates provisionally before making the final decision on what they want to do.
To be more clear: what I heard was that May date(s) are on hold in Toronto and the original plan was to do a May tour, but that was over a month ago and a lot could have changed in that time.1996: Toronto 1998: Barrie 2000: Saratoga Springs 2003: Buffalo, Toronto 2005: Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto 2006: Toronto x2, Cleveland, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Gorge #1 2007: London, Dusseldorf, Vic, Lolla 2008: WPB, Tampa, DC, MSG x2, Hartford, Boston x2, Beacon 2009: Toronto, Chicago x2, Seattle x2, LA #3&4, San Diego, Philly x4 2010: Cleveland, Buffalo, Hartford 2011: Montreal, Toronto x2, Hamilton 2012: Missoula 2013: London, Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Hartford, Dallas, OKC0 -
the band has played GTA so many times, it is one their favorite spots to play, and the crowd reception for the London show was so epic, I am sure they can't wait to get back and absorb all the positive vibrations Ontario has to offer, but when in Toronto, avoid the water, by the way London was truly epic, awesome crowd
