Happy 20th anniversary to Jar Of Flies

One of the best damn albums to ever be released.

I'm on my 5th listen so far today.

This one is a kick in the balls for me feeling old. I was basically the same age that my oldest son is right now, when it came out. I wasn't even 12 years old yet, but Jar Of Flies has been one of my favorite albums from the day it came out. Weird to think that I was listening to music that deep at such a young age, and somehow I actually got it, and understood it, and it stayed with me my entire life. Jar Of Flies is a work of art, it's just too bad things had to work out the way they did for Layne. But, had things gone different, we may not have this album. I really miss him.

RIP Layne, and Happy Birthday Jar of Flies.

TOTALLY CONCUR!!! Wall-to-wall classic. That album blew people's minds. "Rotten Apple" is STILL one of the best album openers. "No excuses" was all over the radio back when that came out...and I'm still not tired of it. I remember the "I Stay Away" video being wild and trippy, I think it was like claymation or something...anyway, KILLER ALBUM.
