Pearl Jam are in Melbourne tonight for the Big Day Out Festival and the hometown artist Rhys Cooper did the poster. He drew on another hometown legend Ned Kelly for inspiration in creating the poster, be sure to read what he wrote on the back of the poster. Next stop for Pearl Jam is Sydney this Sunday tickets still remain. Thought you guys might did seeing the merch booth from the other day as well.

Don't get me wrong, I like Rhys Cooper's work and this another beautiful print but I'm getting as bored with birds on PJ posters now as I was with skulls a few years back. Sometimes they're awesome when the artist is really feeling creative and original as Phoenix showed but as a collector you look for something new and fresh:

The only thing, and it's pretty much a tiny thing, I have with this print is the mirrored J for an L.
