Manchester Orchestra is back!!!

Their new single is pretty good and free on their website. I'm pumped that they are touring and will be here in Dallas on April 23rd.

I haven't ever listened to them, but I am right now... "Where Have You Been?" is a good song!

I saw the Means Everything to Nothing tour last Wednesday night in Atlanta and it was outstanding.  My 6th or 7th Manchester show and I started seeing them on the Simple Math tour so it was great to see all the METN songs in order.  After playing the album for the main set, the encore consisted of I Know How to Speak, The Gold & The Silence which was a great way to wrap up the show, though I would have liked a song or two from Simple Math as it's my favorite.

Not sure there's a band I've listened to more, and more consistently, over the past 10 years than Manchester. Just a great rock band.

They did a local (online) session with a radio station here in KC called 90.9 The Bridge. I heard an amazing acoustic version of Bed Head from this session on my way to work yesterday. I need to track down the audio for it. I was floored.

I was obsessed with "Mean Everything to Nothing." And for some reason I never carried forward with the band after that.

Saw this thread pop up yesterday. Downloaded the album. Made it through 2.5 songs and ordered the vinyl.

    Absolute work of art.

Grab A Black Mile to the Surface while you're at it. As good as MMoG is, Black Mile is even better.

Got this gifted to me today. Sounds pretty good on vinyl too 😀. I hope they come up to Canada to tour this at some point. I think between this and Black Mile the live stuff could be pretty epic.
