Euro Tickets for transfer

I need to get rid of my 10c tickets for London, Munich, and Poland.
I had to change jobs, and move across the country so I wont be able to take the time off now.

    I just got this from 10c.

    No ... Unfortunately, we are not accepting ticket transfers. We will refund your tickets and offer them to the next fan club member on the waiting list ...

    Please confirm which show you would like a refund for your tickets ...

    Waiting List - interesting - never saw this mentioned anywhere. Is this the new trend?
