Ireland, Germany and Belgium attractions??

Hey all,
My gf and I are wondering what music festivals, must-see pubs, activities, attractions etc etc. to see when we come over to Ireland, Belgium and Germany from Aug25-Sept 10, 2014. We are just missing the PJ tour sadly; hopefully they add more dates. We'd LOVE to see em overseas!
However, if any of you folks in these countries or those that have travelled them can give us some must-see places, that'd be appreciated.
