    Yes. I received an email response on 1/5 from an inquiry I had made between Christmas and New Years. They said it would ship this week. Then I got an official shipping confirmation on 1/7 and it arrived today in MD from CA. I was actually surprised to see it that fast.

    So despite receiving shipping notifications from the 10c and Nugs back on December 6th that my CD's had shipped I finally heard back from Nugs regarding my December 30th email and they said that my CD's were shipped "in the last few days."

    So whatever that means, they're in transit now at least...

    I'm usually a patient person but I ordered the Philly 2nd on 12/18 and still no shipping or anything.

    Finally got a response from Fred at Nugs on the 2011 bootlegs I ordered mid-December. Says they should ship next week... Time will tell.

    Ordered Hartford Christmas day, the day it was first available for sale. Still no correspondence from nugs. Getting impatient. At least an email with an update would be nice. How hard is that?

    Finally got my shipping notice for Brooklyns yesterday. I pestered Nugs a bit and they said that 10c was supposed to notify us the warehouse would be closed for the holidays. Every response they gave passed the buck to 10c, first telling me 10c sent out erroneous shipping e-mails and now that they were responsible for informing us of the closure. Now why a company closes for pretty much all of December, I dunno. At least it's allowed me to save some cash because I refused to by Philly, Hartford and my others shows until I got Brooklyn...

    I got a response and they said they were closed and that the 10C were updating their systems and by mistake they sent an email stating that my order was being shipped which clearly was a mistake. Finally got another email yesterday from Nugs letting me know that my order was being shipped and they provided a tracking number. Now I wait again. Hope you guys get your emails and bootlegs as well.

    Meh...kinda... Spent the last 1/2 hour cataloguing the 10/22 show because the internet didn't recognize the track listing... HA!

    I can live w/ that.

    Also helps I've had about a bottle and a 1/2 of siduri pinot tonight.

    It appears nugs is now sending download codes for mp3s for my CDs that have yet to arrive. Keep a look out in your emails.

    Yeah, I got a download coupon for the Philly 2 show, that apparently still hasn't been shipped. The Philly 1 show that I ordered the day before (December 18th) shipped last week. Hopefully that one will arrive soon. So it seems that I have the official bootleg of the show that hasn't been shipped before having the official boot of the show that has. :s

    Received as well for the shows that I ordered. I kind of think that this is the that it should have been from the start, but I'm glad to see that they are trying to make things right.
