    I have the whole show on my DVR that was recorded from MHD Music in Hi Def) and it kicks ass. Is there a simple way to pull stuff from a dvr to a disc drive? I am pretty stoo-pid when it comes to this new fangled HD. What will I end up with if I pull a HD broadcast into a regular dvd burner?

    I'm looking for the whole show in either xvid (SD) or h.264 (HD). Has anyone seen it around yet?

    i found a better quality version, not HD at all, but better

    i'll upload it to netload or rapidshare tomorrow if i have a bit of spare time

    Definitely. I downloaded the HD TS files for PJ, FF and Flaming Lips but I haven't had a chance to watch them yet. They play on my PS3 but no sound and I haven't tried any of a number of things I read about to try and solve that. But they are big files! >1GB for each performance of under 10 minutes! I don't really want to have to download the rest of them (although the picture quality looked excellent!). That's why I'd settle for H.264 re-encode from the HD for the whole concert (or even xvid) seems to be smaller file size and still good quality.

    P.S. Anyone played the TS files on their PS3 successfully? What did you have to do?

    From the Music High Definition channel. If you wanna watch this with full screen and crystal clear picture, this may be the download for you. It may take a while but it is worth it.

    it surely cant be crystal clear at that file size?! is it really?

    i have one at 650mb and its not super clear

    The one I'm watching is clear as hell. Unless it loses quality from uploading it. Mine is perfect.

    I downloaded it, but when I try to play it, I can't see any video. I only hear a little sound, but it skips and keeps stopping. Anyone else having this problem? I tried playing on both DiVx and Windows Media.

    I know of one person who successfully downloaded it, and it worked fine for them, so I don't know. Anyone else having the same problem?

    Ya, the quality is way better than I recorded myself. I thought I should mention it doesn't have the Sean Penn intro though.

    LOL Probably! :D I still have the Unplugged on vhs that I need to convert to dvd. :)

    i would of had my beta recorder set up that night, but i didn't have any blank tapes. i still have bachelor party on beta. was gonna record over it, but ...
