Matt started to play a drum beat right after it when back on and it sounded like We Will Rock You/ Lets Go Mets. I started the Lets Go Mets chant in Section 120 and it seemed like it got pretty loud through the whole arena. Just wondering if anyone else heard the chant?

The Lets Go Mets chant is the same beat as any professional sports team's "lets-go" chant if their nickname is one syllable. Its that or the prolonged "leeeeeeeets gooooo raaaaaaangers" if its a 2 syllable name.

  • I never quite understood why "Yankees Suck" chants would break out during PJ shows. Look, I'm no fan of the Yanks, but what do PJ have to do with it? :p
  • Ok Yankee fans calm down. It was for like 30 seconds when he was testing out the drums I thought it was funny. October the who got my poster threas was alot better.

I was 15th Row on the Floor and didn't hear it, and to be honest couldn't give 2 shits about hearing sports chants during a PJ show. If I wanted to root for the Mets yesterday, I would've been at Shea instead!
