The article also has a video of the incident:A man has sustained serious but not critical injuries in after falling from a truss on the stage at the Origin NYE show in the Western Australian capital on New Year’s Eve.
During headliner A$AP Rocky’s set, the man slipped past security and made it on stage, where he proceeded to climb the stage scaffolding and end up dangling from the truss near the centre of the stage. A video taken from a fan in the front row shows the brazen stage invader hanging from the truss, as the rapper onstage pleads with him to be careful and asks for help so he won’t hurt himself.
Alas, his arms give way and he makes a frightening six metre drop to the front of the stage where he lies almost motionless.
