When Do I Have to Pickup 10C Tix for SF III?

This is probably a dumb question but I have a bad feeling I'm going to have to work a little late and won't make it to downtown as early as I'd like. What is the time frame for tonights show that 10C tix can be picked up? I'm paranoid the window slams shut at some point and I'll miss my tix! Help please - thanks!

    I read they'd be available til 30 minutes AFTER the band starts playing.....they've been starting 9ish......

    good luck finding a good viewing spot.....
