Times Square music on ABC

Hi. Fellow PJ fans,
Could some kind soul do me a simple favor...
In Dallas ABC blocks the NY ball drop on New Year's Eve..and the goofy show...
I need the ABC APP to point to an East Coast station, they verify you have local cable access.
Just need an activation code so we can watch any ABC station showing the full show.
This is for Apple TV. http://watchabc.com/activate
Safe, just for an app, no costs, harmless. Help?
