ABC Times Square need info

Hi. Fellow PJ fans, Please do me a simple safe favor...
In Dallas ABC blocks the NY ball drop on New Year's Eve..and the goofy show...
I need the ABC APP to point to an East Coast station, they verify you have local cable access.
Just need an activation code so we can watch any ABC station showing the full show.
