Bootleg Coupon Code question!

I'm trying to use my code and it keeps saying "invalid code."

Do coupon codes expire? I only became a 10C member in August...

Does anyone have a solution for me?
2013: Worcester 2, Brooklyn 1, Brooklyn 2, Hartford
2015: Global Citizen Festival
2016: Philly 1, Philly 2, MSG 1, MSG 2, Fenway 2
2018: Fenway 1, Fenway 2
2024: MSG 2, Philly 1, Philly 2, Fenway 1, Fenway 2

    The code does not expire...
    The code is not good for all types of downloads, also I believe codes are case sensitive.

    Never mind, I'm an idiot. Didn't realize you can't use it on CDs. Thanks!

    I've just become a member and have my bootleg code to use , can it be use on any download bootleg from the catalogue ( apart from the 2013 box set )
