Ticketmaster disaster in the Netherlands: TC HELP!
Ticketmaster disaster in the Netherlands. A lot of people (I think over 1000) ordered and payed for tickets for pearl jam in Ziggo Dome. They/we didn't receive a orderconfirmation, but the money was transferred from our bank account.. The result: We will not get our tickets. And scalpers already offering thousands of tickets.. Ticketmaster knew what was going on thanks to social media, but they didn't do anything. On the contrary, they announced the second show.. They just don't care. What to do? Is this legal? Do you think the tenclub can help us?

Yes, it is legal. The bank/payment processer (ING/iDEAL) screwed up.
Still, it sucks big time for all those affected.

I had no issue whatsoever with my payment (Rabobank).
That's not to say that people with other banks couldn't have had any issues, but it appears that only the one with the ING was structural (incl. message that payment was made, but that message never reached Ticketmaster or not in time).0 -
